Description.

It consists of a new alternative for the urbanization of contaminated industrial land, as the backbone of new areas to locate emerging housing. Simultaneously, it seeks greater social sustainability and inclusive spaces. Working with sustainable techniques such as phytoremediation to convert unused land into places for urban development.
